Connecting supporters to The Tukka Project's mission

Every child should have access to a nutritious lunch at school. That's the mission behind The Tukka Project, a Queensland charity dedicated to providing school lunches to children experiencing food insecurity.

As the organisation continued to grow, its website no longer reflected the professionalism, impact and ambition of the charity. It was difficult to communicate the organisation's story, engage supporters and showcase the difference their contribution is making.

To help address these challenges, Zeroseven delivered a new website built on Umbraco CMS, hosted on Umbraco Cloud. The platform makes it easier for The Tukka Project team to manage content, share updates and support fundraising initiatives, while giving supporters a clear understanding of the organisation's mission and impact.

Key improvements included:

  • A refreshed visual design aligned with The Tukka Project's brand
  • Improved navigation and content structure
  • Greater flexibility for content management through Umbraco CMS
  • Clear pathways for donations, fundraising and supporter engagement
  • A responsive experience across desktop, tablet and mobile devices

Umbraco's intuitive editing experience allows the organisation to update content independently, ensuring the website can continue to evolve alongside its programs, supporters and community initiatives.

The result is a modern digital presence that better supports The Tukka Project's awareness and fundraising efforts while providing a strong foundation for future growth.
