The brief

After an initial consultation with Zeroseven, Greyhound expressed that their brand needed new content and imagery to appeal to a younger demographic.

Greyhound analysed their content management requirements and specifically chose Umbraco. As Brisbane's leading Umbraco providers, Zeroseven were consulted to guide the business users and stakeholders in Umbraco best practice.

Umbraco is now the CMS of choice for marketing projects under the Greyhound banner. Overall, the new site needed to have a clear navigation, intuitive structure and reflect modern tastes.

The solution

Greyhound Australia developed the Oz Experience imagery, and Zeroseven provided technical feedback and leadership. The largest challenge was integrating with the existing Greyhound ticketing and payment processes.
The specification process was crucial to identifying development risks and obstacles in the project. The timeline was tight to complete the build, test the solution and finally deploy to the live environment but Zeroseven's project management team excelled under pressure.

Standout features include Facebook, Google and Twitter logins, live chat and interactive elements to engage the customer. The site also elegantly displays multiple currencies and IP-based country lookup.
