Umbraco Down Under Festival 2018 Speakers Announced and Tickets on Sale

As one of the event partners and sponsor of the opening night party, Zeroseven is proud to announce that the first Umbraco conference in the Southern Hemisphere, the Umbraco Down Under Festival (uDuf), is set to take place from 20th-23rd February 2018 at Star Casino on the Gold Coast.

uDuf will comprise of four jam-packed days filled with training sessions for developers and users alike, parties, bug fix-a-thons and more. It's the perfect opportunity to hone your Umbraco skill set, and to meet and mingle with your fellow Umbraco aficionados.

Umbraco is the fastest-growing .NET content management system (CMS) in the world, and offers both flexibility for developers and straightforward editing controls for users. The Umbraco Down Under Festival has been devised in response to the overwhelming adoption of the Umbraco CMS, with two separate content streams designed to deliver the most useful insights, tips, know-how and strategies for both web developers and business managers.

Umbraco's Best in the Business

Umbraco Down Under brings some amazing speakers to the stage to share their expertise over the course of uDuf:

  • Niels Hartvig; the 'chief unicorn' (founder) of Umbraco,
  • Søren Spelling Lund: CEO of Ucommerce, Umbraco's e-commerce solution,
  • Shannon Deminick: Chief technical officer of Umbraco,
  • Peter Gregory: Founder of (Umbraco Gold Partner) KØBEN Digital.

We are also delighted to announce that Zeroseven's own Director of Client Services, Elizabeth Gibbons, will take to the stage on Festival day. Elizabeth will be presenting uDuf attendees her recommendations and tips on how to explain the benefits of and really sell Umbraco to new clients.

The official uDuf website has now launched, and early-bird tickets are now on sale (the price goes up on 1st January 2018, so if you're keen, get in quick).
