Practical Web Design Magazine has featured the Griffith Globe in the showcase of it's May 2009 edition.
In their words:
"This intriguing project from Griffith University in Australia promotes the university to a global audience in the most obvious but engaging way - through a globe navigation device where visitors can sample testimonials from students and staff hailing from dozens of different countries around the world. The globe itself can be rotated in any direction and visitors can access the content by clicking on the red boxes that sit above the globes surface. Here there are either written stories from staff and students or video entries from participants. Universities are global institutions and this is the perfect way of presenting that ethos to the world through the medium of the internet. A great balance between promotion and exploration."
The Globe was developed by Zeroseven in collaboration with Clemenger Brisbane and Griffith University.
