recommend that our clients implement a Content Management System
(CMS) to facilitate and encourage content changes.
Outside of managing your content, it is also important to make
sure your website has an accurate look and feel to match the
current branding guide of your company. Our team is more
than happy to provide feedback and suggestions over the course of

You may also find through measuring your site's analytics that
you may benefit from additional forms, landing pages or new content
sections. There are two options after your site is built to make
design and structure changes, you may choose to have
the work quoted for or take advantage of our support plan
program.
WHAT IS A WEBSITE SUPPORT
PLAN?
Typically, as with other professional services, any work we do on
your website will be billed in time intervals at Zeroseven standard
rates. A support plan allows you to pre-purchase our time to
provide general support and maintenance for your website at a
discounted rate.
HOW DOES A SUPPORT PLAN
WORK?
We are able to offer discounted support plan rates as
time is saved not having to quote for every small task that may be
required on a website. A time estimate can be given for work
but the actual time it takes is billed - this can go under or over
any estimate but the advantage to you is that the work is provided
at a greatly discounted rate.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I USE ALL MY HOURS IN
A MONTH?
If all support plan hours are used in a month, any
additional hours will be charged at our standard hourly rates. If
you find yourself going over your hours every month, it would be
beneficial to upgrade to a higher plan.
