Do you have an idea or a system that requires custom
development? We excel in understanding and planning technical
requirements and pushing those through to technical
development. We have a specialised team of
in-house web developers working alongside project managers and
designers to create multiplatform websites and applications.
Typical projects that we undertake include:
- Websites & eCommerce stores
Websites that integrate with CMS systems or eCommerce
solutions.
- Custom applications
Custom websites and software applications that are multi-platform
(desktop, tablet and mobile) or require specific
functionality.
- Third party integration
Integration with existing hosted
and internal systems, such as Content Management Systems (CMS),
Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP), accounting, financial and reporting systems.
- Touch and display screens
Multi purpose displays either for use with touch screens or for
display purposes (eg. Information screens around a store or
location with content controlled from a central location).
- Improving business processes
Working with existing businesses to develop internal web
applications to improve business processes and efficiency.
- Unique applications for start ups
Providing the indepth planning and technical knowledge to get a
start-up project off the ground and building it with scalability in
mind so that it can be added to in the future.
- Intranets and internal systems
Providing integrated internal solutions to organisations large and
small with innovative intranet design and
development.
OUR EXPERIENCE
Below is a small sample of web applications we have
developed, to provide an indication of the range of jobs we work
on.
- Streamlining the business processes of an international
charity by replacing multiple disparate Access databases,
Excel spreadsheets and manual processes with an integrated web
application, automating many time consuming tasks, automating
government reporting and increasing the organisations service
capacity.
- Creation of a public facing tolling portal,
integrating with an existing 3rd party custom tolling management
system and multiple payment gateways.
- National aged care industry benchmarking
survey, including payment integration and automating
complex reporting requirements.
- Design and build of a national on-call management
system, including fully automated registration and
subscription
billing registration, complex search algorithms.
- Creation of many custom eCommerce solutions,
with integrations with existing inventory and order management
systems as well as accounting systems.
- Building custom extensions for commercial
and proprietary Microsoft.net CMS systems.

OUR WEB DEVELOPMENT
TEAM
Web and Application development has a wide scope and requires a
deep level of knowledge in several key areas and so our development
team is split into three key roles:
Solution Architects
Solution architects are called upon on custom projects
to analyse the client's requirements, define the information
architecture and application functionality including integration
with 3rd party systems, such as payment gateways, inventory
management systems and CRMs. Our Solution Architects come from
application development backgrounds with at least 10 years of web
development experience.
Application Developers
Our application developers are Microsoft.Net certified
developers, build the server-side logic, control the database
access and extend existing systems and integrate with 3rd party
systems. Our Application Developers build for efficiency, code
reusability and to industry standards.
User Interface Developers
User interface or client-side developers take the designs
a digital designer has created, build the visual
user-interface, create the client-side functionality and integrate
with the CMS. User Interface Developers work to W3C and
accessibility standards when developing for multiple platforms
including desktop browsers, tablet and mobile.

projects, read our Web Development Lifecycle
