Overview

SPEC Super, Club Super and QIEC Super are industry superannuation funds that are managed by IFAA. They each have three main components to them:
 - Public website
 - Members login area
 - Employers login area
 
The existing websites were in need of a facelift, including an assessment of the usability, incorporation of new branding and redevelopment of member and employer areas.
 

Solution

Zeroseven and IFAA went through several stages in this project to create websites to match the quality and diversity of their brands. They included:
 - Reviewing the existing sites, interviewing key parties and analysing competitors sites
 - Determining user groups and creating a website architecture that meets all needs
 - Creating wireframes and designs are user-friendly and incorporate the fresh branding for each superfund
 - Developing the public websites using the Umbraco CMS
 - Developing the members and employers areas in Asp.net and SQL Server
 - Training key staff members on the CMS and providing ongoing support
 

Results

Working with IFAA, we have provided three great looking sites that are easy to maintain using the Umbraco CMS. The members and employers areas are vastly improved with regards to usability, structure and aesthetic. By utilising similar structures and designs for each of the sites, the individual super fund costs were reduced, which is another important factor.
 
As a combined project, an email marketing solution has been developed allowing marketing staff to create and send branded, customised marketing and newsletter emails to the fund members and employers from within the CMS. These are integrated with Campaign Monitor for delivery and tracking.
