Overview

Nefa (a division of Methven) is a valve manufacturer with an extensive product range. Users of these products need quick and easy access to information such as installation guides, technical information and images. They also need to be able to locate their local Nefa merchants.

Zeroseven was asked to developed an easy to use and logical website which Nefa staff could keep up-to-date with the latest product and merchant information as well as making the valves appealing over their competitors.

Solution

Zeroseven created a clean, easy to use website updateable using the Umbraco website content management system (CMS).

First impressions count and as an introduction to Nefa products, Flash animation on the homepage makes the Nefa valves look exciting and dynamic.

The product structure is tiered to allow for multiple levels of category and although each product needed extensive information, this was presented in a tab-like structure which is quick and easy to use. A merchant locating facility was introduced with postcode and state searches, including integrating Google maps.
