Zeroseven launched the new Diabetes Queensland website on
Wednesday. The Brisbane-based digital development house worked with
Diabetes Queensland to restructure and redesign their old website
to add branding consistency, improve the content structure and
integrate membership management into the finished product.
"There are numerous behind-the-scenes website functions that allow
Diabetes Queensland to independently manage their large database
while keeping their website current and functioning seamlessly,
which they were unable to do with their old website," Zeroseven
Project Manager Joshua Missen said.
The Diabetes Queensland website aims to help raise public
awareness about the threat posed by diabetes as well as provide
diabetes prevention methods and management tips. The website
contains an online donation feature, a diabetes risk evaluation
tool which allows users to assess their risk of developing the
disease and a recipe submission function.
Zeroseven has worked with many growing and established SME,
government departments and blue chip clients in Australia, the US
and the UK and has won awards at AIMIA, IMA and Australian Web
Awards. Its recent web development projects include Airportlink M7,
Harden Up: Protecting Queensland (a Green Cross Australia
initiative) and Dovetail. See the Diabetes Australia Queensland
website at www.diabetesqld.org.au.
