The Australian Web Awards announces Q-COMP's new website as one
of the top three finalists in the government category at the Sydney
awards on 12th October 2011.
Zeroseven Director Margaret Lipinska and Account Manager
Elizabeth Gibbons attended the Sydney Award Presentations at City
Hotel to receive the honour.
Zeroseven worked with Q-COMP to redesign their content heavy
website. The site was launched in late January this year.
The main features of the site are the ' I am a…' navigation, the
CEO blog and newsletter microsites.
"One of the webility features of the site is the 'I am
a…'navigation on the Q-COMP page that lets users choose a
description that best describes themselves so they have prompt
access to relevant information and forms. Q-COMP site users have
commented that they are able to quickly find information using this
function," Ms Lipinska said.
The Australian Web Awards is an annual national event supported
by the Australian Web Industry Association to showcase outstanding
work from Australian web designers and developers.
Q-COMP is an independent authority overseeing the workers'
compensation scheme in Queensland. Q-COMP works with scheme
partners such as insurers, government and other stakeholders to
balance the needs of workers and employers.
Zeroseven is a digital development house based in Brisbane and
has won AIMIA , IMA and Australian Web Awards. Amongst Zeroseven's
clients are Airportlink, Griffith University and Green Cross
Australia. See the site at www.qcomp.com.au.
