Press release: Zeroseven accredited as Queensland’s first Umbraco CMS Certified Partner

Zeroseven was accredited as Queensland's first Umbraco CMS Certified Partner earlier this week in South Brisbane.

"Being Queensland's first Umbraco Certified Partner continues to demonstrate our high level of skill and commitment to the CMS platform used to develop many of our clients' websites," Zeroseven Technical Director Chris Thompson said.

Umbraco is an open source content management system (CMS) for publishing content onto the web and intranets. Umbraco is used on more than 85,000 websites, including sites for large companies such as Microsoft and Toyota.

"We have been building websites with Umbraco over the past four years and have received positive feedback from our clients who found Umbraco extremely easy to use to independently manage their online content," Mr Thompson said.

The Umbraco certification requires at least four in-house Umbraco certified developers who have completed an official Umbraco training course and have demonstrated a solid knowledge of Umbraco. Zeroseven currently has seven Umbraco certified developers.

"To date, Zeroseven has built over 70 websites on the Umbraco platform, including for large companies and organisations such as Airportlink, Q-COMP, Griffith University and Green Cross Australia," Mr Thompson said.

Zeroseven is a digital development house based in South Brisbane and has won many AIMIA, AWA and IMA awards. Zeroseven currently holds a Queensland government GITC accreditation and is also a Microsoft Certified Partner.
