The fittest of the bunch in the Zeroseven team took part in the Nissan/BRW Corporate Triathlon recently on the Gold Coast. The triathlon involved a 400m swim, a 10km cycle and a 4km run.

It was an event that the team here had been preparing for for some time with regular triathlon training sessions - including some with James Seear the U23 World Champion!
