Our team is expanding and we’re looking to add a project/account manager who can work with our clients to deliver projects on time, on budget and with that extra something in customer service.

The successful applicant will have at least 12 months experience at:
- Managing a wide range of online projects
- Working with designers and developers and managing a team
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with existing and new clients
- Ensuring that QA standards are maintained
- Managing client expectations

These skills are also required:
- A solid understanding of the digital environment, technologies and capabilities
- Ability to conceptualise solutions to meet client requirements
- Have a passion for all things digital and the latest trends
- Have good business nous for converting leads into projects
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a keen eye for detail

It would also be an advantage if you had these skills (but not absolutely crucial):
- A project management qualification
- Having had experience in the design or development environment

You may have come from a traditional account management role and have the passion to take on a new challenge or you may have come from a design/development background and want to take a different step in your career – the opportunities abound in this job for the right person.
