Digital Project Co-ordinator

Want to work for a thriving digital agency in South Brisbane? Zeroseven is an award-winning agency producing work for mid-large scale clients in the digital space. Our passion is creative design on a solid technical foundation, pushing the boundaries in digital with a professional attitude to our customers and work. We are now looking for a highly organised, motivated and efficient project coordinator (digital producer/manager) to join our team.

This is a full time job ideal for someone who has 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital or marketing environment, that is excited about web technology.

This role comes with several responsibilities including:

• keeping projects on time, on budget and within the project scope
• liaising with clients throughout design and development phases
• co-ordinating designers and developers and overseeing the production process
• working with time keeping software
• working with account managers on project briefs
• managing out of scope changes and additions in terms of time and budgets
• maintaining quality control and coordinating the development team - in short making everything run smoothly

You will have a thorough understanding of how websites work and what is involved in managing an online project. This is management role, so your management skills are core to succeeding in the role, but any design or development experience will also be valued.

• pays attention to detail
• is a good communicator
• is comfortable multitasking
• likes processes and developing documentation for these procedures
• likes responsibility and is prepared to deal with situations and "make a call" when required
• can take charge and enforce timelines when necessary
• has a sense of humour when it's needed!
