Our ideal candidate will:
- Have a degree or commercial qualification in digital design (or graphic design with digital experience)
- Understand website usability, accessibility and best practice in online design
- Have 3+ years experience in a digital design role
- Have advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Have some experience creating elements in flash
- Have a passion for good design and NOT be a developer, but have experience working with developers
- Lead on projects but take direction with can-do attitude when required
- Be a great team player with fantastic communication skills and a professional manner
- Have precise attention to detail
- Not be afraid to take on new challenges
You will be required to present a portfolio of your work and
demonstrate your understanding in creative design as well as best
usability practices

Digital Project Coordinator / Project & Account Manager
Our team is expanding and we are looking for a
highly organised, motivated and efficient Project Coordinator to
join the team and work with our clients to deliver projects on
time, on budget and with that special something in customer
service.
This is a full time job ideal for someone who has at least 12 months of project management experience, in a digital or marketing environment, that is excited about web technology.

This role involves:
- Keeping projects on time, on budget and within the project scope;
- Liaising with clients throughout the design and development phases;
- Coordinating designers and developers and overseeing the production process;
- Working with agency management software (Streamtime);
- Working with Account Managers on project briefs;
- Confidently managing out of scope changes and additions in terms of time and budgets;
- Maintaining quality control and coordinating the development team - in short, making everything run smoothly.
You'll have a thorough understanding of how websites
work and what is involved in managing an online project and have
exceptional organisational skills to keep track of changes and
project progress.
The ideal person:
- has fantastic communication and interpersonal skills;
- can help clients understand technical issues in plain English and build client rapport;
- has exceptional project and time management skills;
- pays attention to detail;
- likes responsibility and is prepared to deal with situations and "make a call" when required;
- can take charge and enforce timelines when necessary;
- has a sense of humour when it's needed!
It would be an advantage if you had a project management
qualification (but not absolutely crucial). In this role
organisational skills are core but any design or development
experience will also be valued including experience in
understanding wireframes and sitemaps as well as some technical
knowledge of how websites work.
