The website plays an important role in the organisation's communications strategy by providing a central information hub for a number of services. This includes, but not limited to, up-to-date information on training/courses, event health services and online directories of social services available.
The site features many tools that provide users with opportunities for volunteering, to support ambulance services and online donations. One of these tools is the login area. The St John member login area allows members to get access to additional resources, expert advice and receive ample support on demand.
Another feature of the website is the shop, where users can purchase a wide range of products and training courses. E-commerce was seamlessly integrated within the built of the site to provide consumers the flexibility of having all types of products and services in one central location.
With a simple to use content management system - Kentico, the site can be easily updated with the latest news, more information about the company and courses available.The simple and customisable editing tools make it easier for St John to create dynamic content to cater for their unique audience. The website is responsive and optimised for mobile and tablet viewing, encouraging users to view services information anywhere, on any device.
This website has refreshed the organisation's online image and aids the public in finding relevant information in a well-thought-out structure. As part of the overall digital strategy, Zeroseven worked with St John to create a member portal to disseminate information within the organisation easily and have a central point or internal documents and other resources.
