Apple iPad – Perhaps this should go in under old news, but since this is the first round up its definitely worth mentioning – There’s other tablet devices around (like the Amazon kindle) but no other quite like the iPad. Love them or hate them, Apple’s popularity and marketing power (and the fact that they use "magic") may just be the catalyst for new era of tablet devices… and consuming media in general. www.apple.com.au/ipad

Google Buzz – there has been buzz about Buzz. Google – internet giant / god / dictator has jumped on the social media band wagon. Will it take on facebook? It will also be interesting to see how internet consumers embrace this. VHS or Beta?
